At Change Research, I design and analyze surveys for Democratic campaigns, PACs, and advocacy organizations nationally. I contribute to public opinion research tracking voter behavior, media consumption, and political identity. I also build the communications infrastructure that makes findings actionable: newsletters, webinars, articles, and strategic memos.
The path here wasn't a straight line. A decade at Phi Theta Kappa as a data scientist and institutional researcher built the foundation: working with complex data at scale, building predictive models and reporting systems, and producing analysis that actually gets used. Before that, seven years leading academic IT at Tougaloo College, a historically Black institution in the heart of Mississippi, where I built data and training infrastructure from the ground up.
The through line across all of it is the same: make the data work for the people who need it.
Questionnaire design, sampling methodology, crosstab analysis, and weighting. I translate statistical findings into memos and deliverables that campaigns and advocacy organizations can actually use.
I build the editorial infrastructure that turns research into reach. Newsletter production, webinar development, social media content, and promotional copy for campaigns and organizations operating at speed.
